[TRAVEL]: AFFORDABLE YOUTH HOSTEL IN PENANG | TIDO HOSTEL

   Finally, I visited Penang again after 3 years! This time I arranged a foodie tour with my BFFs, we planned to eat till drop, woohooo~ ( and we did it lol! will share with you all what we had in my next post k ) We stay at Tido Hostel Penang during our trip and I think this place is just nice for a short staycation.

 Location 

   Located on Jalan Argyll, this modern and chic youth hostel is designed in bright and cheerful color, with modern amenities. Thera are few restaurants and cafe within walking distance. Room rates start from RM38 per night which comes with breakfast and free wifi, so affordable! They are now offering a deal where you can stay four nights for the price of three nights, do visit their website or call for booking. 

 Room 

   This was our room, double bed with one extra bed for three of us! The air-conditioned room is simple, clean and comfortable. 

   Facilities 

 Besides from comfortable rooms, they also provide: 

                    -Shared bathroom on each floor (with shower gel and shampoo)

                    -Iron and ironing board

                    -Hairdryer

                    -Self laundry

                    -Designated locker space with key

                    -Bicycle for rent

   At night, we have Pyjamas Party at the lounge on 5th floor. This place is so spacious and relaxing, we enjoyed the night so much. 

 Get Around 

   During my 3 days 2 nights trip, I traveled around Penang using Uber, it is so convenience and cheap. We saved a lot of time and able to visit quite a lot of places that we cannot reach by public transport. Use my Uber code 'angelicat1333ue' to get a free ride worth up to RM10.
