Have you caught the latest action movie Spy in the cinema? SPY directed by Paul Feig is a comedy/action movie casting Melissa McCarthy, Jason Statham, Rose Byrne, Jude Law and Bobby Cannavale. The movie runs for 120 minutes and it will be on the big screen start from 22 June.

Synopsis

Despite having solid field training, CIA analyst Susan Cooper (Melissa McCarthy) has spent her entire career as a desk jockey, working hand-in-hand with dashing agent Bradley Fine (Jude Law). Using high-tech equipment and a hidden earpiece, Susan is the guardian angel who helps Bradley avoid danger. However, when Bradley is assassinated by Bulgarian arms dealer Rayna Boyanov (Rose Byrne), Susan wrangles her way into her first undercover assignment to help capture Boyanov and avenge Bradley.

Review

This movie is entertaining if you need a good laugh. The acting of Melissa McCarthy as Susan Cooper is what makes this movie work, clumsy yet funny, who would expect she can be spy too? There are many surprises in her scene. Some of the movie line is quite amusing that make the audience laugh out loud. One of the scenes that I like is the girls fight between Susan Cooper with Raina Boyanov in the kitchen by just grabbing those kitchen tools nearby them, slow motion scene make it so dramatic. The rest of the cast like Jude Law and Jason Statham also play their role well. Oh ya, not forget to mention that I like how Nancy speak in the movie, although she just played a small role in the movie, but his presence did make the movie more interesting. I think this is one of the comedy/action movie that should not miss out in this year, tell me what in your mind too after watching! =)
