[TRAVEL]: EXPERIENCE THE BEST OF KL IN 48 HOURS

October 15, 2016

A complete guide for you to explore the buzzing Malaysian capital-Kuala Lumpur in 48 hours. Let's start to experience the best of the city now!

 #KLTour

Explore Kuala Lumpur in lower price! KL HOP ON HOP OFF City Tour is a tourist-friendly transportation system. The bus runs on a 20-30 minutes at the stops between 9am-7pm. The service covers a circle route that allows tourists to start the tour and end at the same location. Along the route, there are approximately more than 40 attractions where the tourists can hop-on or hop-off at any of the 23 designated stops.

Catch a glimpse of the majestic Istana Negara, Malaysia National Palace along Jalan Duta. There are two guard posts on each side in full dress uniform at the main entrance. It is not open to the public so you can take photos at the main entrance.

Come to Kuala Lumpur City Gallery to get KL Walks & Tours Map in English and Chinese for free! Discover the Old, Present and Future of Kuala Lumpur through the photos and print displayed here, and the Spectacular City Model Show. There are homemade souvenirs for you to bring home. Free WIFI is available here. Also, don't forget to drop by Arch Cafe to try out the Durian Cake with a glass of Teh Tarik. (I miss the Durian Cake so much!)

Watch the amazing cultural musical show 'MUD: THE STORY OF KL' performance at 3pm and 830pm daily at the iconic Panggung Bandaraya Building. The story of three friends Mamat, Meng and Muthiah who came to Kuala Lumpur to search for a new life definitely will win your heart especially if you are a Malaysian.

 #KLPlay

Enjoy an exciting laser battle challenge at Laser Battle KL in Times Square Shopping Mall. From the equipment to the players' experience, I think Laser Battle is really excellent in creating a special laser tag experience. The professional sound and light system, arena design, and laser gun gave us a whole new laser tag experience.

 #KLStay

Swiss Garden Hotel Kuala Lumpur is a perfect stay when you are in Kuala Lumpur, it is strategically located in the heart of the city. The hotel is fully equipped with modern facilities included different range of rooms, gym room, swimming pools, and sky garden.

At night, we enjoyed a scrumptious Hong Kong and Szechuan cuisine at Sino Scene Chinese Restaurant, Level 6. After a hot and spicy meal, we wash everything down with dessert-Chilled Sea Coconut with Dates and Snow Fungus.

The whole new property, Oasia Suites Kuala Lumpur near to KL Tower is another option for a great stay with stunning views of the city. The rooms is spacious and complete with everything you need. My favourite part is the outdoor pool overlooking the iconic KL Tower.

 #KLDining

Lunch at Colliseum Cafe for the good old taste. Enjoy a selection of timeless favourite dishes in the city's colonial heritage. Remember to order the popular dishes like Hainanses Chicken Chop and Sizzling Steak
